55th Anniversary Black History Month

Celebrating the Founding of Black History Month at Â鶹ӰԺ State

On Feb. 1, more than 250 guests gathered to recognize the 55th anniversary of Black History Month at Â鶹ӰԺ, which was first established by the student organization Black United Students (BUS) in 1970 and was recognized nationwide by President Gerald Ford in 1976.

Grace Puin excels at getting Parkinsons patients to speak and swallow with intent. She’s so good in fact that Parkinson Voice Project, a nonprofit organization that helps people with Parkinson’s all over the world, invited her to host one of its online SPEAK OUT! Home Practice Sessions.
