Â鶹ӰԺ State celebrated Earth Month with an exceptionally full schedule of events, not the least of which were the activities on campus surrounding the total solar eclipse!

Â鶹ӰԺ’s Division of Research and Economic Development recently hosted its quarterly Town Hall and offered a bright prediction for the future of the university’s R1 status as a top research university.

A Â鶹ӰԺ State alumnus who has been visiting Ohio colleges and universities in a pre-election tour by the League of Women Voters of Ohio says he's excited to see that student voters are interested and engaged in the election process. 

As part of Â鶹ӰԺ State's Â鶹ӰԺ State Votes initiative, Flashes across campus are stepping up to help make sure that students are registered to vote, well informed and motivated to cast their ballots in November. 

Every year, mid-September to mid-October marks Hispanic Heritage Month. Â鶹ӰԺ collaborations commemorate the month-long celebration and Hispanic culture, kicking off the celebration was "Voices & Rhythms: A Night of Discussion and Dance."

Students in Â鶹ӰԺ State's Long Term Care Administration program met with local senior citizens to create a book that shared their life stories. 

Students across campus anticipate voting for the first time in a presidential election, prompting a mix of feelings ranging from excitement to anxiety.

Think about a time you finished reading a book that provided a new meaning and connection to you. Now imagine that book that changed and shaped a part of you being banned, unavailable to new readers. The Â鶹ӰԺ community joined for the fourth annual open mic night Read-In to discuss banning and challenging books.

Homecoming Weekend at Â鶹ӰԺ State came with a full schedule of events including a parade, alumni activities, a tailgate and a football game at Dix Stadium.

All around campus - and on the streets of Â鶹ӰԺ -  there are signs that it's almost time for Â鶹ӰԺ State to erupt in a Blue and Gold celebration for Homecoming Weekend.
