Jamie Hahn
Biography
Jamie Hahn is an interdisciplinary time-based media artist working in photography, video, books and prints. By utilizing the machine: the camera both in film, digital and video processing, she explores ideas of electronic meditations on time and place within a landscape. Receiving an MFA in Electronic Integrated Arts from Alfred University in 2010, her work has been shown in screenings, and solo/group exhibitions nationally and internationally: Squeaky Wheel, Buffalo, NY , The Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing, China, the LOOP Video Arts Festival in Barcelona, NYSCC at Alfred University, Thesis Exhibition, the Saranac, Spokane, WA, Rochester Contemporary Art Center, NY, Cite’ Internationale Paris, Eastern Washington University Art Gallery and the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands.
