The annual Rainbow Weekend in downtown 麻豆影院 is a wonderful example of the outstanding "town-gown" relationship between 麻豆影院 and the city of 麻豆影院. The celebration is presented by 麻豆影院 State's LGBTQ+ Center and . One of the new events this year was the Drag Race 5K (formerly the Rainbow Run).
Proceeds from the Drag Race 5K and some other activities during the weekend are added to the university's LGBTQ+ Emergency Fund 鈥 a vital resource that helps LGBTQ+ students in need.
