The DI Hub hosted a unique showcase for �鶹ӰԺ State's student entrepreneurs.

�鶹ӰԺ’s School of Peace and Conflict Studies was created as a living memorial to the four students killed on May 4, 1970. 

As the university prepares to mark the 53rd anniversary of the shootings, the school’s director says honoring the legacy of May 4 is still key to the school’s identity and mission. 

Randale L. Richmond will lead �鶹ӰԺ State Athletics through July 1, 2028, as vice president and director of intercollegiate athletics, in accordance with a contract amendment announced by �鶹ӰԺ President Todd Diacon.

To better understand the events that transpired at �鶹ӰԺ on May 4, 1970, we must also understand the national tension and climate leading up to that day. A graduate student and two design students have demonstrated the context of May 4 in a stunning, creative visual exhibit.

Alumnus Michael Christoff is bringing balance and perspective to the field of architecture. With over 17 years of practice under his belt, Christoff’s community-focused perspective has earned him coveted spots on Crain’s Cleveland Business’ 40 under 40 list, Inside Business Magazine’s Northeast Ohio 25 under 35 Movers & Shakers and the Cleveland Bridge Builders. But, he’s not done making a mark on Cleveland or the architecture industry as a whole.

It may be hard to imagine what the �鶹ӰԺ campus looked like 53 years ago. With the May 4 Augmented Reality Experience, students and community members can be transported into the past to experience historical flashbacks and engage with �鶹ӰԺ State’s previous generations.

Earlier this month, �鶹ӰԺ State architecture students attended a black-tie, costume ball.

Lawrence Fung, M.D., Ph.D., assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Stanford University, spoke at �鶹ӰԺ on Friday, April 21, for the inaugural Neurodiversity Research Initiative Invited Lectureship, sponsored by the new Neurodiversity Research Initiative. 

University administrators, donors and other supports of the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship participated in a signing of the ceremonial final beam for Crawford Hall.
