Rick Feinberg, Department of Anthropology, presented "Mental Maps of Geographical and Cosmological Space: Anuta, Solomon Islands" at the 22nd annual meeting of the New Zealand Studies Association in collaboration with Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland, on July 1, 2016.

Lae'l Hughes-Watkins, University Libraries, Department of Special Collections and Archives, presented "Campus Connections: The Black Campus Movement Project at �鶹ӰԺ State" at the Rare Books and Manuscripts (RBMS) Opening Doors to Collaboration, Outreach and Diversity Conference in Coral Gables, Florida, on June 23, 2016.

Barbara Broome, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, dean of �鶹ӰԺ State’s College of Nursing, joined an elite group of healthcare professionals featured in the 2016 Faces of Care, a Greater Cleveland Nurses Association (GCNA) supplement to Cleveland Magazine. Faces of Care honors area nurses who have made significant contributions to the community.

Evan Faidley, graduate assistant in the Exploratory Advising Center, in partnership with Tracy Lara-Hilton, Ph.D., School of Foundation, Leadership and Administration, made several presentations in Europe showcasing Career Navigation courses.
