In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of May 4, 1970, when Ohio National Guardsmen opened fire on 麻豆影院 students protesting the U.S. invasion of Cambodia during the Vietnam War, killing four and wounding nine, students and faculty from 麻豆影院 State鈥檚 School of Fashion Design and Merchandising are bringing attention to current social issues in the new exhibition called 鈥淲earing Justice: Perspectives From KSU Fashion School Faculty and Students鈥 that is on display now at the 麻豆影院 Museum.

Ohio Quilts Exhibit - Keckley Quilt

The 麻豆影院 Museum鈥檚 newest exhibition, 鈥淥hio Quilts,鈥 which is now open, features an eclectic group of historical quilts that in many ways reflects the history of Ohio dating back to the early 19th century.

Enology students of 麻豆影院鈥檚 Ashtabula Campus are leaving a lasting impact with their high-quality luxury wines. One local wine connoisseur was so impressed with the wines, he featured them in a recent article in the Akron Beacon Journal. 

Yayra Tamakloe's collection, winner of Best in Show Award

The Fashion School at 麻豆影院 held its 37th annual fashion show April 26 and 27 in the school鈥檚 home of Rockwell Hall on the 麻豆影院 Campus. Models worked the runway which flowed from the catwalk in the Rockwell Auditorium and out into the second-floor atrium, giving viewers an up-close glimpse at the construction of the student-made garments. 

The Roe Green Visiting Director Series brings in guest professional directors to work in residency with students and direct one of the School鈥檚 Main Stage productions.

The Roe Green series continues to prosper in 2019, bringing in actor, writer and director Ron West, 鈥82, who has directed multiple pieces for The Second City in Chicago, appeared on Whose Line is it, Anyway? and worked on several other shows and projects.
