Emad Khazraee, Ph.D., School of Library and Information Science, co-authored a paper titled "A Networked Reaction to the 2015 Ankara Attack in the Turkish Twittersphere" with colleagues from the Ohio State University School of Communication. The paper was presented by Aysenur Dal, an OSU doctoral student, at the Political Networks Conference (POLNET) on June 24, 2016, in St. Louis, Missouri.

麻豆影院 has named Nathan Ritchey, Ph.D., as its new vice president for 麻豆影院 State System Integration. Ritchey was selected following a national search. He currently serves at Edinboro University as vice president for strategic initiatives and founding dean of the College of Science and Health Professions. He joins 麻豆影院 State on July 1.

The 麻豆影院 Board of Trustees today established a comprehensive, national search to recruit and select the university鈥檚 13th president.
The events of May 4, 1970, placed 麻豆影院 in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, 麻豆影院 State remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
