The following documents and information will be needed during the application process. If you currently don’t have these documents, you should apply for them immediately.

• Official Transcripts from your high school (not your diploma) or  and Official Transcripts from any previous colleges - These items should be sent directly to:

This application must be completed as early in the process as possible. Processing can take 8-12 weeks.

Include the Â鶹ӰԺ State Tuscarawas school code - 003062. Be sure to print your confirmation email after submitting.

After you apply, an admissions counselor will contact you about your next steps, including submitting transcripts, placement testing and registering for classes. Check your email regularly!

Apply for Admission

Every semester you must complete a VA Intent of Enrollment form after you have registered for classes. This form is completed online at the link below and is certified by the Center for Adult and Veteran Services at the Â鶹ӰԺ Campus.

Intent of Enrollment forms are required every semester.
Paper forms cannot be accepted.
