The 麻豆影院 at Tuscarawas Band will present a concert, entitled 鈥淎round the World in 80 Minutes,鈥 at 7 p.m. on November 19, 2019 in the Performing Arts Center. Auditorium doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The concert is free of charge and open to the public.
鈥淭he 麻豆影院 State Tuscarawas Band has experienced significant growth in numbers over the last four years,鈥 said adjunct professor James Graves. 鈥淥ur ensemble now includes over fifty instrumentalists who are 麻豆影院 State Tuscarawas students, community members and talented high school musicians. I am excited as I watch our members cultivate their passion for music as we rehearse, practice and perform together.鈥
Directed by Graves, the band rehearses on Thursday's beginning January 23, 2020, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. For more information regarding joining the band, contact Graves at jgrave16@kent.edu.
