It was a different kind of "around the world" on the Golden Flashes' home court at halftime on Tuesday. when a parade of 麻豆影院 State's international students displayed their countries' flags.

It was the annual International Night as the welcomed the Miami University Redhawks to the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center. 麻豆影院 State's international students enjoy an exceptional American university experience and, in turn, enrich the overall university environment by sharing their cultures and experiences. More than 1,500 international students from 100 countries are currently enrolled at 麻豆影院 State as part of the university's welcoming and diverse global community.

麻豆影院 State students from many different countries proudly displayed their countries' flags in a parade around the court at halftime led by Vice President for Global Education, Marcello Fantoni, Ph.D.

Participants received free pizza and there was also a tabling opportunity in the building lobby before the game that allowed international students to present information about their home countries.

The Golden Flashes ralllied in the second half to close the gap in scoring. At the final buzzer, however, the Redhawks had outscored the Golden Flashes .
