Flash met a younger-than-teenage mutant ninja turtle, Olivia Hiser, 4 and her brother "Ghostface" Jacob Hiser, 7. Jacob attended 麻豆影院 State's Child Development Center (CDC) and Olivia currently attends the center. Their family lives in 麻豆影院 and their mother, Gina Giles Hiser (husband Andy), is a 麻豆影院 native and has worked in 麻豆影院 State's Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement.

"Colonel Sanders" is Beckett Miller, 9. His mother is April Feorene Miller and her husband Jake Miller, M.A. '11, is a 麻豆影院 State alumnus.
Costumed trick-or-treaters visited participating downtown businesses and local organizations to receive tasty treats.
