Short films from two �鶹ӰԺ State digital media production students and three alumni will be shown this year at the 13th annual Short. Sweet. Film Fest., which takes place Feb. 28-March 3 at Atlas Cinemas Shaker in Cleveland, Ohio. Digital Media Production Associate Professor Scott Hallgren also will moderate a panel discussion at the event.

�鶹ӰԺ’s Wick Poetry Center is collaborating on a new global poem to pay tribute to the liquid that sustains life.

“Dear Body of Water,” Wick’s newest collaboration with the University of Arizona’s Poetry Center, invites writers to speak to the bodies of water that have shaped their lives.

During his time at �鶹ӰԺ State, Saban earned three letters in football and one in baseball from 1970 to 1972. In 1973, he was a graduate assistant coach and defensive assistant for the Flashes. He was inducted into the �鶹ӰԺ State Varsity K Hall of Fame in 2015. 

Active military members are embracing online master’s degree programs in �鶹ӰԺ’s College of Public Health for the flexibility and ease with which they can earn an advanced degree.
