A mural painted by a student was unveiled at the Student Multicultural Center Satellite Space. 

�鶹ӰԺ’s School of Fashion previewed some of the designs created by its senior students for the 2023 �鶹ӰԺ State Fashion Show. The student designers and their models showcased what attendees of this year’s fashion show will see walking down the runway.

Lauren Copeland, Ph.D., assistant professor at �鶹ӰԺ State’s School of Fashion, discusses how consumers can obtain designer clothing at discount prices and what to look for when purchasing secondhand apparel.

Porthouse Theatre, �鶹ӰԺ’s outdoor, summer theatre located on the grounds of Blossom Music Center, will present its 55th season during the summer of 2023 with "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum," "The Marvelous Wonderettes," and "The Prom."

An abstract eye for film, creative camera work and a feminist mindset are all factors that make up �鶹ӰԺ State alumna Ailene Joven, ‘21. As a digital media production student, she began creating the short film “Define” during the early days of COVID-19.

Runway of Dreams at �鶹ӰԺ State was founded in the spring of 2021 by current president Bri Cummings, a senior fashion design and fashion merchandising major. The club partners with the Runway of Dreams Foundation to raise awareness of the need for adaptive clothing. 

"Head to Toe" at the �鶹ӰԺ State Museum includes three exhibitions. 

Theodore Albrecht, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Music in �鶹ӰԺ’s Hugh A. Glauser School of Music, was quoted by The New York Times in a story about new findings concerning Ludwig van Beethoven’s health and genealogy. 

�鶹ӰԺ State connects with the Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF) to create opportunities for students.

The �鶹ӰԺ Board of Trustees has approved awarding Roe Green, MA ’80, a Doctor of Humane Letters, an honorary degree recognizing her contributions to the university and her advocacy for the arts not only in Northeast Ohio, but also across the nation and around the world.
