Reminder: Tier Two Deadlines

Â鶹ӰԺ's Employee Wellness Incentive Program, Wellness Your Way, allows all full-time, benefits-eligible employees to earn up to $300 in incentives by simply participating in healthy lifestyle activities. Disbursements are paid out within two pay cycles of being notified of eligibility to receive Tier One and Tier Two incentive pays, both in $150 increments.

For employees who have fulfilled their Tier One requirements by June 30, please note that your Tier Two activities must be completed by Oct. 15, 2017* for you to receive the $150 incentive for Tier Two.

To view activities in addition to the list above, simply go to the Wellness Your Way web page or register for activities noted on the digital calendar (i.e. lunch and learns, yoga, spin 50/50, speaker series, etc.), as well as qualified actions you may be completing on your own (i.e. dental exam, wellness visits, eye exam, 5K walk/runs, etc.) to work your way to 350 points.

You may view your points at any time, as well as download any necessary forms by logging in to the Be Well portal at . To access forms, log in and select "My Wellness" then "Program Forms and Information."
