Cinco de Mayo With a Healthy Twist: The Five Smartest Things You Can Do for Your Health

Join 麻豆影院鈥檚 wellness partner, Be Well Solutions, for a lunch and learn to discuss the five smartest things you can do for your health. This lunchtime workshop will support you in taking charge of your health and acquiring ways to reduce your risk of disease. Topics covered will include:

  • Knowing Your Numbers/Healthcare Consumerism
  • Nutrition Strategies
  • Exercise Essentials
  • Practicing Emotional Balance
  • Eliminating Tobacco from Your Life

Registration is required for this workshop, which will take place from noon-1 p.m. in Heer Hall, Room 107. A light lunch will be provided for registered attendees. .

The Native American Heritage Month Planning Committee is welcoming university divisions, departments and student organizations to begin submitting their programming, activities and events to the University Events Calendar to be featured on the Native American Heritage Month Website.
