UPDATE: All nine �鶹ӰԺ State students at the American Academy in Paris are safe and have been accounted for. 

�鶹ӰԺ is aware of an explosion that happened today (Wednesday)  in Paris, France. The explosion occurred in the fifth arrondissement in the Latin Quarter on the Left Bank of the River Seine. 

During the four-day Air Race Classic, �鶹ӰԺ State alumna Laura Wilson and junior Peyton Turner will fly 2,400 miles and make nine timed flybys at airports in Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Alabama and Florida before landing in Homestead, Florida.

Dear �鶹ӰԺ Students, Faculty and Staff,

I write to you amid advancing legislation in Columbus, an expected U.S. Supreme Court ruling and the potential for more developments in these early months of the 2024 election cycle that will have impacts on our university.

Timothy Johnson said �鶹ӰԺ State advisors, who knew he had been working on his degree for 15 years, helped him coordinate his schedule so that he could take in-person classes — while working a full-time job — and still have time to spend with his children. He earned an associate degree in December 2022 and a bachelor's degree in May 2023.

For most, the craft known as flintknapping is a skilled hobby or art form that was thought to occasionally require bandages or stitches. However, new research suggests flintknapping is far more dangerous than previously understood.

U.S. News & World Report ranks 11 �鶹ӰԺ programs among the best in the nation in its recently released 2023-2024 Best Graduate Schools rankings.

“There is in Ohio, among some state elected officials, a growing ivory tower accusation being leveled against our state’s public universities and against, quite frankly, �鶹ӰԺ,” President Todd Diacon said.

On May 18-19, the university community will celebrate �鶹ӰԺ’s 113th birthday with its annual Day of Giving. 

The �鶹ӰԺ alumni family will grow by about 5,500 new graduates as the university holds its spring commencement ceremonies.
