For Pavan Kumar Kodali ,鈥溌槎褂霸� felt like home鈥�. He even stated, that he,鈥渃ould stay in 麻豆影院 forever.鈥� Pavan graduated from the School of Digital Sciences at 麻豆影院 with a Master鈥檚 Degree. While enrolled, his concentration was Telecommunications and Networking. As of now working he is on contract with 3M in Austin, Texas as a web developer. Pavan came to the program with a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from India.
At his time in 麻豆影院, Pavan stated that, 鈥淸I] worked in Eastway Caf茅 and Market as a student manager. They told me I was the first international student manager in Dining Services! I still miss my manager there.鈥�
While maintaining a job, Pavan mentions, 鈥淚 managed to achieve a 3.6 GPA, and managed to study here and there,鈥� he laughing stated. One of his favorite Professor's [Samba], 鈥渕ade it easy to achieve good grades.鈥� Pavan stated, 鈥淚 particularly enjoyed his way of teaching, and it was fun to ask questions and get answers right away.鈥�
In coming to 麻豆影院 and working hard, Pavan was able to network with organizations, companies, and professors. Pavan states, 鈥淸it] is a struggle to find a job, especially being an international student and because I need visa sponsorship from my employer.鈥� Although it is harder to receive a job as an international student, being able to network at events provided in the School of Digital Sciences and 麻豆影院 proved to be beneficial when looking for a job. Pavan advises new students to, 鈥渉ave fun鈥�. He even stated, 鈥淚 would really like to come back to 麻豆影院, and I am trying to find jobs in the area.鈥�
