Biography
Emily Baumgartner, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Emerging Media and Technology at 麻豆影院. Her research interests include digital games for learning, the use of immerse technologies such as virtual reality and 360-degree video in learning, and computational thinking.
She received her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Instructional Technology from 麻豆影院. She has co-edited multiple books, including Teaching, technology, and teacher education during the COVID-19 pandemic: Stories from the field. She serves as the managing editor of the Journal of Interactive Learning Research and the International Journal on E-Learning.
