The Â鶹ӰԺ State Women’s Golf League now has openings for the upcoming season and encourages Â鶹ӰԺ State women golfers of any ability, whether employed or retired, to join. Tee times begin at 4:45 p.m. on Monday afternoons. The league consists of 10 two-partner teams competing in a friendly atmosphere throughout the summer.

Â鶹ӰԺ student Tim Faix has been named one of 30 baseball student-athletes in the nation to be selected for consideration as a 2016 Senior CLASS Award candidate. An acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying School®, the award recognizes student-athletes who best exemplify excellence in the community, classroom, character and competition.

The Â鶹ӰԺ Women’s Center and Office for Sexual and Relationship Violence Support Services are pleased to announce the expansion of their student internship program, with multiple openings available. The new coordinated internship program is open to all undergraduate and graduate students. The internship program will provide students with hands-on experience in a supportive environment and can be adjusted to meet their academic focus.

Online final grading for spring 2016 Second 5 Weeks (F2) courses meeting from Feb. 22 through April 3 began Friday, April 1, via FlashFAST. Grading also is now available for any spring 2016 course section that was flexibly scheduled and has an end date no later than April 3. The deadline for grading submission is midnight on Tuesday, April 5. Any final grades for spring 2016 Second 5 Weeks (F2) courses not reported in FlashFAST by the grades processing deadline will have to be submitted using the Grade Change Workflow.

The universitywide climate survey is designed to collect feedback to help create and maintain a healthy, inclusive university that respects individual abilities, differences, needs and potentials.  You now have until Friday, April 8, to take the survey.

Bert Crawford spent his early years in and out of Cleveland-area foster homes and could not have imagined spending a summer in Florence, Italy. 

Â鶹ӰԺ’s Lavender Graduation will take place on April 8 to celebrate the achievements of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) students.

Â鶹ӰԺ recently earned the top spot on College Rank’s list of the 50 Best College Dining Experiences. College Rank is an independent organization that aims to provide unbiased rankings of academic institutions in a multitude of categories.
