Additional equipment including processors, scalers, distribution systems, and wiring is available on a case-by-case basis and is subject to additional charges. Please contact avevents@kent.edu for more information.
CTUES does not provide content for events, including but not limited to streaming music and video. All customers must provide their own content.
CTUES does not provide personal computers or mobile devices.
At the time of scheduling with AV Events, a price quote will be emailed to you and a reservation placed into the official event calendar.
You must notify avevents@kent.edu via email of any location changes, date/time changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in unavailability of labor or equipment. If you fail to notify us of cancellation within 48 hours of your event you will be held liable for the full amount of your quote.
Event organizers must reserve event spaces with adequate time (1 hour for small events, for large events please call) before and after the event for AV equipment setup and teardown.
Student Banner ID numbers will not be accepted for billing purposes. Student organization billing codes can be obtained from the Center for Student Involvement.
Rental and service rates are subject to change at any time prior to receiving your quote.
Auxiliary Enterprises Billing Model
Effective 1 July 2017.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 8:00PM
Any time or day of the week that falls outside of these hours will be billed at the overtime rate.
