CAPS offers an array of services through our Flexible Care Model.

Students can schedule a CAPS consultation with a licensed clinician to develop a personalized plan to address their mental health concerns. The plan is based on the student’s needs and goals, will connect students with the most appropriate type of support and resources, and will likely incorporate a variety of services.

    Learning how to manage your mental health is an important step in maintaining your overall well-being, and self-help tools can help guide the process.

  • Workshops & Skills Series

    Workshops & Skills Series

    All workshops and skills series are offered at no cost, and students are welcome to attend as many as they like.

  • Crisis Support & 24-Hour Resources

    Crisis Support & 24-Hour Resources

    Our crisis services are available for students who are experiencing an urgent need, or for individuals who are concerned about a student’s safety and mental well-being.

    CAPS provides primarily short-term, individual counseling to eligible Â鶹ӰԺ students.

    USO groups provide a safe and confidential environment for group members to receive multiple people’s perspectives, feedback, and support and to experiment with new ways of behaving.

    Assessment can help students gain a deeper understanding of themselves through the use of psychological tests.

    CAPS works in collaboration with campus partners to help support the overall needs of KSU students.

    The CRC is part of a national effort to assist students in or exploring recovery, as well as those who have a loved one afflicted with addiction.
