January Social Media Recap

January is a month about new beginnings and a fresh start. We are excited to get the new year started here at Â鶹ӰԺ State and we’ve already had several exciting events happen on campus!

Let’s take a look back at some of our best social media content from the first month of the new year.

Instagram

On Facebook, we celebrated National Squirrel Appreciation day with some love for our furry friends on campus. We shared this post from our , earning 565 reactions.

Jan. 13 was the start of the spring semester. Our tweet welcoming students back to campus earned the most likes (165) in January.

 

Snapchat and Instagram Stories

 

With MAC conference play starting for both the and basketball teams, to our celebration honoring the life of Martin Luther King Jr., we returned from winter break and got right to work by covering a variety of events on campus. The story that had the most engagement was the Scholarship Gala Concert, which gained 3,202 views (average per clip) on Instagram and 770 views (average per clip) on Snapchat.
