Dear Regional Campus faculty and staff,
I am pleased to announce a series of upcoming Stakeholder Sessions that we will be hosting for our Regional Campus community this fall. We hope this will provide an opportunity for us to come together, learn more about the various areas and departments within our Regional Campus System, and discuss key topics that are important to our continued success.
Our first session in September will feature Denise Bartell, senior associate vice president for regional faculty and student success, along with Kevin Deemer, course scheduling and assignment administrator. They will be discussing how our course schedules come together, offering insights that are valuable for all of us.
In October, we鈥檒l be hearing from La Tarsha Miller, our budget director, who will discuss the new Regional Campus Budget and Finance group and provide an overview of their work.
Finally, in November, join us for a session led by Richantae Johnson, our Title IX coordinator, and Amy Quillin, senior vice president for student life. They will discuss Title IX, the Division of Student Life and the frequently used offices that support our students.
These 30-minute Teams meetings are scheduled close to the lunch hour to help accommodate your busy schedules. However, for those unable to attend the live sessions, recordings will be available on our website, Regional Campuses: Reimagined. We encourage everyone to participate, whether live or via the recordings, as these sessions will be helpful in keeping us informed and engaged with the ongoing developments within our Regional Campus System.
Please mark your calendars for these dates, and we look forward to seeing you at these sessions.
