ΒιΆΉΣ°ΤΊ, OH β The Cleveland Critics Circle recently honored Porthouse Theatre, ΒιΆΉΣ°ΤΊβs outdoor, summer theatre on the grounds of Blossom Music Center, with several awards for accomplishments during the 2014 season. The Cleveland Critics Circle Awards recognize outstanding Cleveland area productions, performers, directors and designers who contribute to the professional theatre scene.
ΒιΆΉΣ°ΤΊ associate professor S.Q. Campbell won the top prize for Best Costume Design for βMy Fair Lady,β produced June 12-28, 2014.
Greg Violand, MFA β14 received Superior Achievement in Acting recognition for his portrayal of Henry Higgins in βMy Fair Lady.β
John R. Crawford, Dean of ΒιΆΉΣ°ΤΊ Stateβs College of the Arts, received Superior Achievement recognition for his choreography of βMy Fair Lady.β
ΒιΆΉΣ°ΤΊ State assistant professor MaryAnn Black received Superior Achievement recognition for her choreography of βOliver,β produced July 25-Aug. 10, 2014.
