Kerri Lochmueller
Biography
I was hired at KSU Ashtabula in 2008 as an adjunct faculty member for the math department and became full-time in 2010. I teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 and Algebra 2, Statistics, and Modeling Algebra Plus. I absolutely love teaching math, especially to those students who are "afraid" of math or simply don't like math. Everyone can do math. It's my job to find out how each student learns math. I am a United States Army Veteran. I served my entire enlistment in Bad Kreuznach, Germany. I also serve as the Student Veteran advisor for the Ashtabula Campus. Outside the classroom I enjoy road trips; In the summer of 2016, my husband and I crossed off an item from our bucket list. We drove through and visited all 48 states in the lower continental US. I also enjoy gardening, reading and crafting; although I'm not very good at crafts. My all time favorite thing to do is be a Grandma.
