A percentage bequest...

A percentage bequest names a percentage of the entire estate. The language here might appear as follows:

I leave [X%] of my entire estate to the 麻豆影院 Foundation Inc. These assets are to be used according to the most recent guidelines, as executed by myself, the university and the 麻豆影院 Foundation.

A residuary bequest...

A residuary bequest is a bequest of assets from the estate not named in the other parts of the will. The language for this type of bequest may appear as follows:
