KSU Navigate Implementation Timeline
- May 2022: Input from 麻豆影院 State community members.
- June - July 2022: RFP issued.
- May - Dec. 2022: An all-campus academic success group met to evaluate vendors to provide a solution for a software platform for scheduling tutoring, supplemental instruction, peer academic coaching, and more.
- Oct. 2022 - Jan. 2023: Vendor presentations and demonstrations.
- Jan. - Feb. 2023: The academic support group reviewed EAB Navigate 360 as a solution for the tutoring platform.
- May 2023: EAB is approved vendor.
- Summer - Fall 2023: Data integration with EAB.
- Fall 2023: A student contest successfully renamed the tool from Navigate 360 to KSU Navigate to reflect 麻豆影院 State鈥檚 branding, and the team has implemented the software for a spring 2024 tutoring pilot at select campuses.
- Fall 2023 - Spring 2024: Advising and tutoring pilot groups work to setup KSU Navigate.
- Mid-Spring 2024: Tutoring pilot launched at the Ashtabula Campus, Geauga Campus, Trumbull Campus, Tuscarawas Campus, Twinsburg Academic Center.
- Summer 2024: Piloting advising, tutoring and academic coaching at select locations in our 8-campus system.
- Later in 2024: Full university-wide rollout of academic support services (advising and tutoring) through KSU Navigate platform.
