Employee Engagement & Outreach
Welcome to Employee Engagement and Outreach. On these pages, you will find information on the recognition programs offered by Human Resources and other participating departments across the university community. Recognition programs include the Service Achievement Awards, Office Support Staff Recognition Program, the Twenty-Year Club Service Awards Program, and the President's Excellence Award.
In addition, our employee appreciation offers include a variety of opportunities for our employees, family, and friends to engage in university programs and activities. The Division of People, Culture and Belonging (formerly Human Resources) understands that feeling connected is an important part of employees feeling valued in the workplace.
We value our most important asset, our employees, and seek opportunities to recognize and appreciate them. We hope you will visit this site often to see what exciting events and offers we may have in store.
To learn more about our Employee Appreciation offerings or Employee Recognition events, please choose from the list of resources to the left. If you do not find the information you are looking for, please contact HR at hrweb@kent.edu.
