�鶹ӰԺ State Women’s Center Offers Mammogram Screenings, April 5-8

The �鶹ӰԺ Women’s Center will offer digital mammogram screenings to qualified �鶹ӰԺ State employees, spouses and students on April 5-8 from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. The mammograms will be held at University Health Services, Room 135 on the �鶹ӰԺ Campus.

Registration is required by Monday, March 28. Each participant’s health insurance will be billed or participants may choose to self-pay.

A complete screening will take approximately 15 minutes and will be provided by Severance Radiology Services, which has provided mammography services since 1986 and employs mammography registered female technicians.

The �鶹ӰԺ Board of Trustees today established a comprehensive, national search to recruit and select the university’s 13th president.

�鶹ӰԺ State Receives State Historic Preservation Award for Preserving May 4 History and Site

The events of May 4, 1970, placed �鶹ӰԺ in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, �鶹ӰԺ State remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
