Design the �鶹ӰԺ State Homecoming T-shirt for a Chance to Win a $100 Bookstore Gift Card Plus Much More!

Be a big part of Homecoming 2016 on Oct. 1 by submitting your best �鶹ӰԺ design for the official Homecoming 2016 T-shirt contest. The contest is open to all faculty, staff, students and alumni.

“We wanted to get the �鶹ӰԺ State community involved in Homecoming early this year,” says Joy Wesoloski, Homecoming chair and assistant director for alumni relations. “This is a great way to show your �鶹ӰԺ State pride and share your excitement for Homecoming.”

In addition to a $100 Bookstore gift card, the winner will receive 10 guest passes or a one-hour massage from the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, a Homecoming spirit basket, recognition in alumni association publications and at the Homecoming parade and football game.

The deadline for submission is April 22. And the winner of the contest will be announced on June 1.

The �鶹ӰԺ Board of Trustees today established a comprehensive, national search to recruit and select the university’s 13th president.

�鶹ӰԺ State Receives State Historic Preservation Award for Preserving May 4 History and Site

The events of May 4, 1970, placed �鶹ӰԺ in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, �鶹ӰԺ State remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
