This past March, the Center for Public Policy and Health (CPPH), in participation with the Ohio Municipal Clerks Association (OMCA) held a One Day Academy training program for Municipal Clerks from across the State of Ohio. The program focused on leadership and was facilitated by Scott J Allen, Associate Professor of Management with John Carroll University's Boler School of Business. The day-long program was held at the Muskingum County Welcome Center in Zanesville and was attended by 25 individuals seeking to earn Education Points through the International Institute of Municipal Clerk's (IIMC) Certification Program.
