This past week, the Center, in partnership with the Ohio Municipal Clerks Association (OMCA), held a One Day Academy training program for Municipal Clerks from across the State of Ohio. The program focused on how to manage the public records associated with municipal social media accounts. The session was facilitated by Pari Swift, University Records Manager, for The Ohio State University and Darren Shulman, City Attorney with the City of Delaware. The day-long program was held in the City of Marysville and was attended by 17 individuals seeking to earn Education Points through the International Institute of Municipal Clerk's (IIMC) Certification Program.
