Levels is an Academic Recruitment and Retention Director who works with prospective students and current undergraduate students in the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Levels’ primary focus is recruitment, retention, and advocacy. She oversees the recruitment programs, develops retention initiatives, and leads the Advocacy Office within the Undergraduate Programs Office. The Advocacy Office assist students needing additional support to be successful academically. Levels enjoys advising and getting to know students on a personal basis.

Levels is a certified and licensed mental health counselor. She earned her Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University double majoring in Sociology and Criminology. Levels received her Master's from Bowie State after completing the Counseling Psychology program.
